Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely at checkout. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price has an obvious error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Prices, Taxes and Duties

Prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. Prices do not include import duties, taxes or customs fees that your country may charge on delivery. Those are your responsibility.

We work to show accurate product details, materials, sizes and photos. Small differences in color, texture or measurements between photos and the item you receive can occur.

Personalized Items

Please check the name and details you enter before you order. We make personalized items exactly as you enter them, so we can't accept returns for spelling mistakes in the details you provided.
