Fleecy ("we", "us", "our") runs thefleecy.com. This policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit our store, buy from us or contact us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. By using our website you agree to this policy.

The Short Version

We collect what we need to take and deliver your order, answer your questions and, if you agree, send you news and offers.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by secure payment providers.
We share information only with the services that help us run the store, listed below.
You can unsubscribe, opt out of advertising, or ask to see or delete your information at any time.

Information We Collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, the items you order, any personalization you enter (for example a dog's name on a harness), messages you send us or our chat, reviews you write (including any photos), and the email address or phone number you enter in our sign-up form.
Payment information: you enter this at checkout and it is processed by our payment providers. We only receive limited details, such as the payment status and the last four digits of your card.
Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, approximate location (such as your country), the pages you view, the products you look at or add to your cart, and how you arrived at our site. This is collected using cookies and similar technologies.
Information from our partners: for example delivery updates from shipping carriers and fraud checks from our payment providers.

How We Use Your Information

To process your order, take payment, arrange shipping and give you tracking updates.
To answer your questions and handle returns, refunds and exchanges.
To send you order confirmations and other messages about your order.
To send marketing emails or text messages, only if you signed up or otherwise agreed. You can opt out at any time.
To show and measure our advertising on other websites and apps, including based on products you viewed or added to your cart.
To keep our store secure, prevent fraud and improve our website and products.
To follow the law and protect our rights.

Who We Share It With

We share your information only with companies that help us run Fleecy, and only what they need to do their job:

Shopify: hosts our store and checkout, handles payments and fraud protection, powers Shop Pay and our chat feature. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.
Payment providers: process your payment securely.
Fulfillment and shipping partners: our supplier CJ Dropshipping and delivery carriers receive your name, shipping address, phone number, email address and the items you ordered so they can pack and deliver your order. These partners may be in a different country from yours.
Klaviyo: sends our emails and text messages and helps us manage our mailing list.
Judge.me: collects and shows product reviews.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): helps us measure and show our ads, using cookies and similar technologies.
Other store tools: apps that power features such as product bundles, and Google Fonts, which loads the fonts on our website and therefore receives your IP address.
Authorities and advisers: when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or if our business is sold or merged.

These companies use your information under their own privacy policies for the services they provide to us.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use them to remember your cart and country, keep the store secure, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store, such as the cart, may stop working.

Advertising Choices

Some of the sharing described above may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising under some privacy laws. You can opt out here: Your Privacy Choices. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request.

Email and Text Messages

If you join our list, we may send you offers and news by email and, if you gave us your phone number, by text message. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. For texts, reply STOP at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. We will still send you messages about your orders.

International Visitors and Transfers

We are based in Thailand and ship worldwide. Your information may be processed in Thailand, the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Where the law requires it, we use recognized safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order information for as long as we need it to deliver your order, handle returns and disputes, and meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. We keep marketing information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

How We Protect It

Our checkout is encrypted and runs on Shopify's secure platform. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive details, such as card numbers, by email or chat.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, including under the EU and UK GDPR, California privacy law and Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you may have the right to:

ask what information we hold about you and get a copy;
ask us to correct or delete it;
ask us to move it to another company;
object to or limit how we use it;
withdraw your consent, for example to marketing;
opt out of targeted advertising and the sale or sharing of your information.

To use any of these rights, email us at support@thefleecy.com. We may need to confirm who you are first, and you can ask someone to make the request for you if they have your permission. We will reply within the time the law requires, usually within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for using your rights. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

Our store is not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has given us their information, please contact us and we will delete it.
